Eligibility
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and want you to be happy with your purchase.
You are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit if your item:
Arrives faulty, damaged or defective.
Is not as described or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
To Request a Return
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, reason for the return, and a clear photo if the item is damaged or faulty.
Please note
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or the error was ours.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used to place the order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your order has not entered production, we’ll offer a full refund.
If the order has already been started (especially custom or personalised items), we may not be able to cancel or refund the full amount.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
