  • Do you offer custom orders?
    Yes! Most of our products can be personalised or made-to-order. If you're after specific colours, names, or themes (for a school, sports club, gift set, or event), just reach out — we’d love to create something unique for you.
  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
    Standard items: usually ship within 3–5 business days Custom orders: may take up to 10 business days Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Do you deliver Australia-wide?
    Absolutely! We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and reliable courier services. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    We don't offer pick up but we deliver Australia-wide. If you'd like to see our products before purchasing, you can check out our range of stockists in the Hawkesbury. Visit our 'Stockists' page for more details.
  • Do you offer returns?
    We happily accept returns if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. However, due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already entered production or been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or refund it.
  • I made a mistake with my custom order. Can I change it?
    Please get in touch as soon as possible! If we haven’t started making your item yet, we’ll do our best to make the change.
